Academic and government funded not-for-profit business is conducted through Ã÷ÐDZ¬ÁÏ, while non-academic activities for public sector and business clients are conducted through Ã÷ÐDZ¬ÁÏ Innovation Limited.  Commercial (for profit) activities are conducted through Ã÷ÐDZ¬ÁÏ Ventures Limited.

Current Board Committees include: Remunerations & Appointments, Audit & Risk, Finance & Estates, Strategic Performance, Student Liaison, and Transformation Steering. Academic governance is overseen by the Academic Board (and its sub-committees) which reports to the Ã÷ÐDZ¬ÁÏ Board.
